Modern Digital World LLC was established in Muscat with a clear goal: to make high-quality software accessible and practical for businesses operating in Oman and the wider GCC region.
We recognised that many local businesses were either using outdated manual processes or investing in international software platforms that were expensive, complex, and difficult to adapt to local requirements. We set out to change that.
Today, we develop and deploy software for retail operators, laundry businesses, service companies, and enterprise clients. Every solution we build is rooted in genuine operational understanding — built by a team that asks the right questions before writing the first line of code.
Modern Digital World LLC is a technology company headquartered in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. The company specialises in business management software for the SME sector, with products covering retail point-of-sale, HR and payroll, and payment integration for Oman's service and retail industries.
All software developed by Modern Digital World LLC is built with Oman's operational environment in mind — supporting Arabic and English interfaces, local compliance requirements including WPS payroll standards, and on-premise hosting within the Sultanate of Oman.
The company serves businesses across multiple sectors including retail boutiques, spas and salons, laundry and dry cleaning operators, car wash businesses, fashion designers, and game zone entertainment centres, as well as enterprise clients requiring HR, asset, property, and budget management solutions.
