Your monthly subscription is based on the total sales earnings recorded in your Crystal or LIBAS system during the billing period. At the end of each month the system calculates your earnings tier and charges accordingly — 6, 9, 12, or 15 OMR.
The first registration month is always charged at the maximum rate of 15.000 OMR. This covers initial system setup, configuration, staff training, and onboarding support. From the second month onward, your charge is based on your actual earnings tier.
Simply mention that you hold a Bank Muscat business or personal account when you contact us to register. We will verify and apply the 40% discount from your second month of subscription. The discount applies to your regular monthly subscription charge — not the first-month registration fee.
No hidden fees. The only charges are your monthly subscription (6–15 OMR based on earnings) and the optional hardware package if you need physical devices. Installation, configuration, and standard support are all included in the subscription.
Yes. Crystal supports multi-branch operations. Each branch is typically counted as a separate subscription instance. Contact us to discuss a multi-branch arrangement — we will tailor a package that works for your business structure.
