You define the plan — number of washes included, validity period, and price — and sell it at the counter. Crystal tracks remaining washes, notifies staff when a customer's plan is nearly used or approaching expiry, and can handle automatic renewal if required.
Yes. Vehicles can be registered by plate number, and Crystal maintains a complete wash history for each vehicle — date, service tier, amount paid, and assigned staff. Particularly useful for fleet accounts and corporate clients.
Yes. You define each service tier (for example: basic exterior, full wash, premium interior and exterior, full detail) with its own pricing, inclusions, and estimated duration. Staff select the appropriate package at intake and billing is generated automatically.
When the wash is complete, the bill is finalised in Crystal and sent directly to your SoftPOS terminal. No manual entry is required — the customer taps or inserts their card, the payment is confirmed, and the transaction is recorded in Crystal in real time. End-of-day reconciliation is automatic.
