Yes. Member accounts store token and credit balances. Members can top up at the counter and their balance updates immediately. Staff can look up any member's balance and transaction history instantly — no manual records required.
When a customer redeems tickets for prizes, staff process the redemption in GameZone Pro. The system deducts from the customer's ticket balance and reduces the prize inventory stock count automatically. All redemptions are logged for daily reporting and prize stock management.
